Sophie, born and raised in the Cayman Islands, is a full-time lawyer and has a trendy design-travel-lifestyle blog call Lustic Life. Stefan, on the other hand, is from the UK who has trained and practiced as an architect but is now one of the youngest and top producing real estate agents in the Cayman Islands. This lovely couple met 8 years ago at the University of Sheffield, UK. Sparks first flew during a speed dating social for a netball and rugby club. From this social, Sophie landed herself a groom. With both of them very much passionate about design, we can safely safe, they are a match made in design heaven!
The Cayman Islands has been their home for over 3 years so they decided to fly their friends and family down from the UK and join them in celebrating their love at the historic Elmslie Memorial Church . For their wedding ceremony, they were surrounded by dark wooden beams and windows that allow natural light to come through the beautiful stained glass. With a few floral accents to give a hint of what the color scheme will be for the reception afterwards, the overall look was very simple yet elegant. They also had the fantastic photographer, Rebecca Davidson to cover their wedding day who also took stunning photos for their engagement.
We were certainly in awe of this bride’s beautiful lace dress from Suzanne Neville, an exquisite and popular designer which was purchased in the fantastic little shop in Miami; La Vie En Blanc. Her dress is currently being submitted for features in Modern Luxury Bride South Florida and the Caribbean along with her fabulous photos in the Cayman Islands.
Their big day was full of details from sweet & spicy treats, personalized table cards, stylish menu napkin folds and gold candleholders to set the ambience. 
Carrying on the color theme, black and white striped table runners with splashes of pink color pallet created a modern yet romantic wedding setting. With dining set under whimsical white sheer draping and chandeliers to soften up the look.
It was a true pleasure to assist this couple with décor for the most memorable day of their dreams. We wish you nothing but a lifetime of love & Happiness Sophie & Stefan!! xo
