If you are planning events for your program in Cayman, Celebrations is a full production company with a 20,000 sq ft warehouse on island and over 45 employees dedicated to executing your event. From welcome receptions, galas or farewell receptions on property or off-island.
We pride ourselves on working with every single property on island, and we know what works and doesn’t work. Our design team has created multiple themed events but can also customize bespoke events based on your needs.

For over 25 years, we have worked with multiple corporations from all over the world. We can provide rental items, decor, and florals or fully produce your event.

We’ve partnered with Red Sail Sports to create unforgettable experiences and help organize familiarization trips. Red Sail Sports are a full Destination Management Company that offers guests leisure activities, transportation and restaurant dining. They are the biggest and best watersport company in Grand Cayman and have the resources to arrange any water activity you like.

They can give advice on all the popular places to go on island and all the hidden gems. They’ll pick you up from your hotel, drive you to your destination and take you home once you’re ready. They will organize your food delivery or can even arrange for you to have breakfast on their deluxe 65′ catamaran.

If you’re unable to join your group in Grand Cayman or if you would like assistance, Red Sail Sports can provide a representative that will take over the operational details of your program. That person will act as your On-Island Group Coordinator and will do site inspections for you, send you pictures and answer all your questions. They will be on hand for your guests when they arrive from the airport, to when they depart — and everything in between. If you need welcome amenities, corporate gifts, or souvenirs, Celebrations Flowers & Gift Store will customize and deliver beautiful gift baskets to your guests. Including items branded with your logo, local artisan products, beautiful beach sets, and anything that represents your brand.

Red Sail will act as a full Destination Management Company, but you can also work with us directly just for your décor needs.

London is also only one direct flight away, and there are plenty of cruise ships traveling to and from Cayman every day.

One of the most exciting things to do while visiting Grand Cayman is our Stingray City Tour, it’s also one of the most unique attractions in the world.

We have breathtaking snorkeling spots with magnificent coral formations (such as Eden’s Rock), fascinating shipwrecks (such as the wreck of the Cali, perfect for beginners, or the wreck of the Geneva—Kathleen) and an abundance of colorful wildlife. With scores of reefs, walls, wrecks, and accommodating dive centers, it’s no surprise the Cayman Islands is often cited as the birthplace of recreational diving in the Caribbean. There are many companies to choose from offering services for a variety of abilities. Courses are also available, or if you are certified, you can just rent the equipment.

Out of the water, a visit to Camana Bay during the day or night is a must-see. It’s a family-friendly haven that brings together locals and tourists to see Cayman’s unique brand of the modern Caribbean.

Our Turtle Centre is home to nearly 400 endangered Green Sea Turtles, some weighing almost 300lbs. Among other wildlife animals, Turtle Centre offers a variety of activities for different age groups to enjoy, interact with baby turtles, snorkel in their salt-water lagoon, visit the predator’s tank or relax by the pool.

Beyond the fact that we have multi-lingual staff on hand, we can work our magic no matter which location you choose.
