CELEBRATIONS LTD. SEEKING AN ACCOUNTS MANAGER TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM
This position is responsible for creating, implementing and managing the financial and accounting systems, policies and procedures and providing accurate and current financial management information and reports to owners, senior management and Directors
Experience and skills required:
- Accounting designation (e.g. CPA or ACCA) preferred
- Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting field required
- Proficiency in/familiarity with software applications including QuickBooks, Counterpoint, inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse financial data and present findings to Management and Board of Directors
Successful candidates will be those who, in addition to possessing the above qualifications, are able to take the initiative and provide effective solutions within this growing company.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily posting and reconciliation of journals/bank deposits
- Running daily and monthly reports and financials
- Maintaining General Ledger, bank reconciliations, daily cash flow management and calculation of sales commissions
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Supervising of accounting staff
- Auditing Financials
Salary Range CI$60,000 – CI$75,000 per annum, plus a full benefits package. Applications may be submitted in confidence and must be received no later than July 23rd, 2016. Caymanians or persons with residency are preferred.
