Experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the Cayman Islands Labour and Immigration Laws
  • Proven ability to develop positive, professional and long-term relationships with all staff and management
  • The knowledge and aptitude to provide solid recommendations and follow through on those recommendations with the approval of management in regards to all components of Human Resources
  • The ability and enthusiasm to perform day-to-day administrative responsibilities
  • End to End Recruitment process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management skills
  • Clean drivers licence and police record required
  • Experience with Employee Coaching


Responsibilities include:

  • Handle all administrative aspects for this 40+ employee company
  • Responsible for Training, Employee Reviews and End to End Recruitment process
  • Administration of health insurance and pension contributions
  • Maintain Employee benefits program
  • Weekly & Monthly Payroll
  • Handle professionally company confidential matters and materials
  • Work closely with department heads and management to provide recommendations


Salary Range CI$42,000 – CI$48,000 per annum, plus a full benefits package.
