HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant work experience
- Thorough knowledge of the Cayman Islands Labour and Immigration Laws
- Proven ability to develop positive, professional and long-term relationships with all staff and management
- The knowledge and aptitude to provide solid recommendations and follow through on those recommendations with the approval of management in regards to all components of Human Resources
- The ability and enthusiasm to perform day-to-day administrative responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior time management skills
- Clean drivers licence and police record required
- Experience with Employee Coaching
Responsibilities include:
- Handle all administrative aspects for this 40+ employee company
- Responsible for Training, Employee Reviews and End to End Recruitment process
- Administration of health insurance and pension contributions
- Maintain Employee benefits program
- Weekly & Monthly Payroll
- Handle professionally company confidential matters and materials
- Work closely with department heads and management to provide recommendations
Salary Range CI$42,000 – CI$48,000 per annum, plus a full benefits package.
